Yoga Certification

It is important to study yoga with someone who has achieved their yoga certification through a certified yoga teacher training program. Always ask your instructors what their qualifications are and if they are Yoga Alliance certified. For more information about the certification process or to look up your yoga instructor, school, go to the Yoga Alliance website.

 

Don't put your health and safety at risk. Be knowledgable about your practice and ask questions.

I received my RYT 200 training certification in August of 2014. I continue to take Continuing Education classes and attend workshops. I plan to apply for subsequent certifications as I am eligible to so, which occurs through a combination of training from a registered program and teaching hours.
