Jillian obtained training through a Hot Power Vinyasa studio, which specializes in both the asana and meditation components of yoga.
The training is derived from the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, but emphasizes refinement of poses to enable healing.
Jillian finds that hot yoga has allowed her to heal her body and mind. The heat and active flow of the vinyasa allows for a synthesis and elevation of peace and strength, both mentally and physically.
